Zen is not wisdom, it is reality as it is.

Think for yourself.
Acting on one's own initiative.
Practise by yourself.
To suffer within oneself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zen has nothing to do with peace or being cool.
Zen is not about living with your eyes closed to the reality of this world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The solitary man walks with his eyes wide open, depends on no one and remains true to himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zen is, above all, knowing how to live and knowing how to die.
Zen is not a mould for making Buddhists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The individual is solely responsible for his thoughts, words and actions.
No one can breathe for you.
There is no one above him and no one below him.
There is no one and nothing to worship, no ideology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The reality of Zen is nothing other than reality as it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only the courageous man can practise Zen.
This is the path of the warrior who keeps their eyes always open and their attention sharp.
That is why in Zen we seek neither love, nor wisdom, nor peace.
These three treasures are within us all. All we need to do is be natural, authentic and sincere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How can this be achieved?
Through the practice of Zazen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Practising Zazen means following the breath as it is, with great sincerity and attention.
Do not seek or imagine any Buddha, any heavenly state, any merit, any enlightenment, or any reward whatsoever.
When one is sincere in one's breathing and posture, one is sincere in all things.
When one is true, breathing, one is true in thought, speech and action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do not seek Zen elsewhere, nor in misleading advertising,
nor in saccharine Buddhist speeches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why is it neither philosophy, nor psychology, nor morality, nor spirituality?
nor religion, and even less so his intelligence or personal knowledge?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why is posture so important?
Because true spirit, true consciousness, dwells in the heart of matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is in matter that we find the answer to our lives.
Not at all in the mists of the heights of so-called spiritual achievement.
Why can anyone practise zazen?
Because everyone has a physical body.
When we awaken to the consciousness of matter, it is possible to free ourselves from all constraints and expand our consciousness far beyond our habits.,
of our knowledge and our little being.
The chick that comes into the world can only be born by breaking the shell. This shell is not spiritual. It is a material shell made of proteins and all the minerals in the world.
It is impossible to awaken outside of matter.
Therefore, without practice, all spirituality is nothing but dreams, illusions and mental projections.
This stance is neither Zen, Buddhist, nor Christian.
It is the liberation of everything you have locked away so carefully.
in the habits of this body.
When faced with death, no one will come to save you.
