You are invited to take part in a retreat led by Master Sando Kaisen at the Pic Lumineux Monastery in the Dordogne.<\/p>\n

A retreat is an opportunity to practise silent sitting.\u00a0zazen<\/em> \u2013 several times a day, participate in manual labour, communal meals and relaxation time in the garden.<\/p>\n

It's a unique opportunity to meet the master and the community of practitioners from different countries, and to deepen your practice.
\nIt's a great opportunity to forget yourself and follow the natural rhythm of things, in harmony with others and the outside world.<\/p>\n

During the zazens, Master Sando Kaisen teaches in the form of\u00a0kusens<\/em>.
\nIt is also possible to ask him questions directly during the\u00a0mondos<\/em>.
\nThe\u00a0kusens<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0mondos<\/em> are given in French and translated into Russian.<\/p>\n

The number of places is limited to 25 people to maintain a personal and friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Start :<\/strong> 14 November, arrival before dinner (between 4pm and 8pm)
\nEnd :<\/strong> On 22 November, after lunch and cleaning up the venue (around 4 p.m.)<\/p>\n

The contribution is \u20ac480 per person for the 9-day retreat.
\nEverything is included in this price (teaching, accommodation, meals, etc.).<\/p>\n
